At Orange Culture AW17 collection, flower petals make the man

Retro inspired wide legged pants in suede, animal print and what looked like hand painted shoes featuring the bright colours of the rainbow were part of this seasons presentation at Orange Culture’s latest showcase at London Fashion Week. Earthy organic hues were used to create the cow print which also made an appearnece in the conventional black and white. Flower petals were placed on the models faces perhaps a mere decoration or maybe to show than man too can be fragile as flowers. The best collections for me are often effortless and this was one such collection. Relaxed tailoring. Here ruffled necklines co-existed with layered jewelry. The bomber jacket which we’ve seen a lot this season both on the catwalk and streets (street style) was remodeled in cut out and bold unmissable colours such as lime.
