Deconstructed Art, Plastic Masks and Unusual Patches

That was the scene at Christopher Shannon AW 15. Face masks made of plastic bags were worn by models. Equally captivating patches were stitched and left hanging on garments. Plastic bag prints and typography were stamped on chests while thick elastic belts were tightly zipped around the stomach area. These were worn over bomber jackets.

Cut out pants which exposed thighs and a statement jacket that doubled up into two and can be worn with zipped or unzipped sleeves to make it super thick or lighter with hanging sleeves. Stripped deconstructed pants and jackets were detailed with studs. When buttoned, these studs connected the strips of fabrics to make them sporty pants or jackets. When unbuttoned the pants resembled palazzo and skirt silhouettes, exposing some skin.
